The mission of my psychotherapy practice is to support and empower those seeking psychospiritual growth, healing and recovery through compassionate connection and mindful, heart-centered care.
Life may feel like it is spiraling out of control. You may feel depressed, confused or like a complete and utter disintegration is happening in your life. If you find yourself struggling to make it through the day, counseling may help. People seek out psychotherapy for a wide variety of reasons and research has consistently shown that the single most important factor in counseling is the therapeutic bond you have with your therapist. It's important to seek out a counselor who you feel listens, understands and cares. In this fast-paced world, we often lack deep connection to ourselves, our loved ones and the larger web of life. Therapy provides a safe and confidential space to explore feelings, consider the impact of life experiences and begin to reclaim our original wholeness.
Counseling is available for teens, adults, couples and families. In addition, I facilitate groups for clients prescribed Suboxone for opioid dependence. For more information about this program, please visit Willow Wellness and Recovery.
